TC089 – Facilities Management Reactive Work Flexible Purchasing System (FPS)

The Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) period will be for 3 years, 10 months due to a ruling under the Procurement Act 2023 preventing PCR 2015 procured Flexible Purchasing Systems to continuing beyond 23 February 2029.

The Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) period shall commence 13 May 2025 and will expire 23 February 2029.
