Description
??This contract will provide a social media management platform for the communications team to manage, schedule and evaluate our digital content over the London Borough of Merton Corporate accounts.

?It will also offer automation, including in-depth analytics and metrics into our social media activity, not directly available within the social media platforms themselves and taking a lot of time to manually extract.
?There is also scope to extend this platform use in the future to other teams within the council to manage their accounts from as well as ‘bolt-ons’ for features such as online customer service management, social listening and other features.

?This software will be the council’s primary way of managing our online social media communications.
