Description
Wigan Council are continuing to develop our new approach to housing repair and maintenance service delivery, while also working to reduce current outstanding repairs across the borough.
We are now looking to explore opportunities for collaboration and would like to invite you to price for upcoming works. We are predominantly seeking support with general repairs and maintenance in tenanted homes, covering trades such as:
- Plastering
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Other core maintenance tasks
