Description
The London Borough of Southwark will award—via a single-supplier route—a contract to AMS Sanderson Ltd (trading as AMS International) to receive, store, repack and distribute Colgate-donated oral-health resources and ancillary equipment to priority early-years and school settings participating in the Supervised Toothbrushing Scheme, aimed at reducing early childhood dental decay and inequalities by embedding daily supervised brushing and providing take-home resources, comprising two drops per year to around 50 settings (approx. 7,824 in-setting toothbrushes, 1,652 in-setting toothpastes, 5,216 take-home toothbrush-and-toothpaste packs with Southwark leaflet inserted, c. 300 racks, 300 lids and 7,824 identifier labels) and management of transport, storage and repacking (about three pallets per drop), for an initial term 30 Oct 2025–31 Oct 2026 with an option to extend to 31 Oct 2027, at an annual cap of £8,621.
