Description
Following the main contractor going to administration on the Wanstead School & Leisure centre site, a gap analysis was undertaken where it was identified risks with the work currently completed onsite, such as fire safety and non compliance. An emergency intrusive works period was required which will require elements of completed work by the previous Contractor to be opened up, partially dismantled / undone so that compliance can be verified and, where necessary, works re-done to acceptable, compliant standards.
