Description
With the ever gaining popularity of cycling in the UK and the increased pressure on our road space Harrow has for some years placed an emphasis on the safety of cyclists using the roads and cycle ways around our Borough. Unfortunately there are still a high number of fatalities and serious injuries to cyclists (particularly around London) and therefore cycling is one of the forerunners on the political agenda. Delivery of this contract supports the Mayors Cycle Vision as part of the Cycle Safety Action Plan.
