Window casement – frames and handrail decorations

Remove all fittings to walls and set aside.

Properly prepare filling in all cracks and prime timber frames ready for spray painting. Properly prepare and clean all metal window casements ready for spray painting.

Mask up all glazing and cladding. Spray paint metal window casements and timber frames (colour TBA)

Properly prepare using 2 x coats of metal primer undercoat. Gloss paint x 2 coats metal paint (colour TBA) all handrails to the boundary of the library.

Properly prepare using 2 x coats of metal primer undercoat. Gloss paint x 2 coats metal paint (colour TBA) entrance door west side to nursery.

Properly prepare using 1 x coat of undercoat and 2 x coats gloss to all soffits (colour TBA).

Cladding power wash

Remove all fittings to walls and set aside.

Make sure all windows and doors are closed prior to power wash.

Clean Marley external wall cladding, by means of a combination of rinsing, cleaning with soapy water, and the application of pressure washing. Start by rinsing the cladding with pressure washer to remove loose debris. Then, use warm water and a small amount of specific cleaning product to create a soapy solution. Apply the solution to the cladding with a sponge scrubbing in circular motions to remove dirt. Rinse thoroughly with clean water via pressure washing.

NOTE

Hire of diesel bowser pressure washer unit required as there will be no water nor power sourced from the building throughout duration of cleaning.
