Description
Design, Build, Operate and Maintain (DBOM) contract for the Colville Heat Network. The contract covers the design, construction, commissioning, operation and long-term maintenance of a low-carbon district heat network serving the Colville and Britannia developments in Hackney. The network will provide heating to over 1,500 homes, two schools and Britannia Leisure Centre, supporting the Council's carbon reduction targets and providing reliable and affordable heat for residents. The contract is for an initial 15 years, with an option to extend for a further 10 years.
