Mobile Telephony Contract Extension

This contract is for the extension of mobile telephony and data services to the Royal Borough of Kingston(RBK), London Borough of Sutton(LBS), Achieving for Children(AFC) and its affiliates. Mobile telephony, consisting of SMS, voice calls, smart alerts or data services for emails and applications plays a key role in the service the Council delivers to its residents and partners. The deliverables range from: Enabling the council staff make and receive calls Access to data repositories and various systems used to deliver core services to residents Communicate across sites through email, conferencing and other communication platforms This contract will also have provisions for WiFi calling functionality, mobile data in our Chromebook, e-SIM functionality, improved BAU service management through an online portal/automation
