Wolverhampton City Council and Wolverhampton Homes are undertaking a Preliminary Market Engagement exercise to understand the current market offering for Asset Information Management Systems (AIMS) capable of supporting the Golden Thread of Information, Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs), Building Safety Act 2022 compliance, BIM integration, Safety Case management, compliance reporting and asset information management across a housing portfolio of approximately 20,000 dwellings including 44 Higher Risk Buildings.
