Description
The scope of the Metro Go Technical Services Contract is to assist Nexus with the development of the specification for the new Digital Command and Control system, Control Room and all associated peripheral systems; providing Safety Governance in line with CSM, ensuring its integration into the existing system, process and procedures.
The aim of this element of Metro Go is for NEXUS to successfully procure and deliver a digital replacement for the existing system, including its installation, commissioning, and optimisation. The scope will be instructed through a series of Task Orders, there will be two Task Orders awarded with the contract.
