Establishing a single-supplier Framework for the supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and workwear will enable the Council to efficiently obtain the PPE and workwear it requires to deliver its business, ensure statutory responsibilities are continued to be met and provide compliant, high-quality PPE and workwear to safeguard the workforce as well as compliance with procurement rules
