The Fund is seeking to procure a suitable supplier (an individual organisation or a consortium with a lead supplier) to deliver an evaluation of the Together for Families programme, a £59.2m partnership programme with the Northern Ireland Department of Health (DoH). The appointed supplier will be expected to play a lead role in coordinating, synthesising and communicating learning and evidence from across the programme, ensuring that insights are brought together in a coherent and meaningful way.
