As part of our recommissioning strategy, the Council is transitioning toward an outcomes-based, reablement-first model. This session will provide key insights into our strategic context, proposed service specification, and upcoming procurement timelines, as well as an opportunity to participate in a live Q and A session with key officers from the team.
