Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal Programme - Dynamic Purchasing System for Collections Conservation Services

The Delivery Authority and UK Parliament have developed a Collections Conservation Dynamic Purchasing System ('CCDPS') for appointing collections care and conservation specialists to maintain, restore and conserve Parliament’s collections now and during R&R works.

The Delivery Authority and Houses of Parliament wish to invite suitably qualified conservators and collection care specialists across twenty specialisms, as detailed in the updated DPS Attachment 5 'Service Categories', to register and apply to become Members of the CCDPS to bid for future contract opportunities.

Please note that conservation of historic building fabric is not the subject of this CCDPS. As such, contracts for conservation of building fabric will not be procured from the CCDPS. The scope of the CCDPS is focused on conservation and collections care services related to Parliament's collections.

Both the Restoration & Renewal Delivery Authority Ltd and the Houses of Parliament will be contracting authorities entitled to use the CCDPS.
