Please read the document in the attachments section, and, if you feel that your organisation is able to contribute to this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise, you'll be invited to join a live Teams PME meeting, as part of this PME.
If you wish to join the PME meeting on Tuesday 14th April between 10:00 - 12:00, please declare your interest via the 'Messages' section of the portal, along with the names of your attendees. You will then be sent the link to join the meeting on the date above.
There is no requirement to submit the PME document. The PME document can be located in the portal via pqq_66, via the attachments section.
Please note that this is not a call for competition.
The following are pertinent to this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise:
- An understanding of what the City of London Corporation (“the City”) is aiming to deliver.
- Capability to comply with the City’s requirements.
Participation in the PME will be at each organisations own cost. No expense in responding to this PME will be reimbursed by the City.
City of London (CoL) is constructing Salisbury Square Development. This will be a campus consisting of a court building, a police headquarters, a commercial building and a listed building. Post-Practical Completion, CoL will fit out the police headquarters to enable the building to be occupied. CoL are engaging with the market to understand more about the procurement options, to gauge high-level costs for budgetary purposes and to better understand the current market.
The Lots proposed for this future procurement are:
- Lot 1 – Cabling
- Lot 2 – End User Compute equipment installation
- Lot 3 – Audio Visual installation and commissioning
- Lot 4 – AV support
