Description
Provision of Manual Handling Equipment for public prisions across England and Wales.
These contracts will cover a range of manual handling equipment typically used within our operations such as forklifts, mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPS), pallet trucks, tugs and an option to hire equipment. This equipment supports a range of operational activities across the MoJ estate such as stores management, maintenance, and waste processing.
How to engage
Prospective suppliers are invited to complete an online Microsoft Form Questionnaire as part of pre-market engagement. The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is seeking supplier feedback to inform a future procurement for the supply, servicing, inspection, repair and hire of Manual Handling Equipment principally to public prisons across England and Wales. This questionnaire is intended to help the Authority assess market capability, refine the proposed lot structure and develop the tender documentation. Participation is voluntary and does not form part of any formal procurement process. Any future opportunity will be advertised separately.
