Description
Home Group is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to provide compliance services to its properties in London and the South East of England.
The scope of the contract covers the following work:
1. Gas servicing and responsive repairs
2. Electrical testing including associated servicing repairs
The services will be provided at predominately residential tenanted dwellings or multi-occupancy supported properties owned and/or managed by Home Group.
The works and services will be carried out under a JCT MTC form with a schedule of amendments specific to Home Group.
