The Department of Finance, Construction Procurement Delivery (CPD) has a requirement for the provision of Implementation, Support and Development of a Construction Information Management System to facilitate the management of, and effective collaboration between parties engaged on the management, design, procurement and delivery of government funded construction projects and contracts. Additional information: The estimated value of this contract is in the range of £4 million to £5.8 million. This is a maximum.. figure that reflects the potential scale of the contract and takes into account potential optional extension periods. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the Contract following submission of Initial Tender Responses and the right to down-select Economic Operators following each round of negotiations.
