The award of this contract will allow for work to be carried out to implement the fees part of the IT Education Template to enable the University to use its investment in Student LifeCycle Management and deliver the ability to set, maintain and change fees in the following areas.
- Automatic fee calculation on program level
- Tuition Fee visibility in student file
- Commencing year functionality
- Fee Type determination
- Event driven calculation / batch driven calculation
- Refund functionality
- G/L determination
- Account Key / Account key grouping in condition tables
- Controlling determination
- UK specific fee configuration tables
- UK specific condition tables / access sequences / pricing procedures
