HFL Education - Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme Framework Agreement - Oct 22

HfL requires a framework for the provision of a suitable Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Program suppliers for all types of educational settings, providing a full range of services that enable school leaders and staff to effectively manage staff attendance, health, and wellbeing. This offer will be accessible for the aforementioned educational settings nationally.

An Employee Assistance Programme provider gives settings access to work based confidential assessment and short-term counselling, referrals and follow up service to employees who have personal or work-related problems. The core services that must be supplied as a minimum are the provision of a confidential helpline, 6 counselling sessions and access to web-based/app services, resources and guides which cover a range of wellbeing and or wellness topics such as, family situations, social and professional relationships, financial health, physical and mental health.
