Refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms and separate WCs (where present) to 39 occupied dwellings, including supply and fitting of new fixtures and fittings, cabinets, worktops, suites etc. Works at each property will vary dependent on size of property, internal arrangement and current condition of the fitments in kitchen and bathroom and separate WC (where present).
