Description
The Council wishes to establish Contracts for the provision of two Public Health Services: Adult Weight Management Disability Service and Children and Families Weight Management Service. The Services have been split into 2 Lots as listed below:Lot 1: Adult Weight Management Disability ServiceLot 2: Children and Families Weight Management ServiceThe contract for Children and Families Weight Management Service will last for a period of 2 years commencing 2nd January 2024 with an option to extend for a further two 12-month extensions (2+1+1) subject to satisfactory performance and budgetary availability. Bidders may bid for one or both Lots however, separate contracts will be awarded for each Lot.
In the event that one Provider bids for both Lots and is successful for both, the two contracts will be awarded to the Provider.
