This contract is a pilot and will be designed to test out a variety of offers to help CYP understand their diagnoses. HCC are inviting providers to bid to be on the Understanding my Autism and ADHD framework which is split into 2 lots based on two levels of need. Providers will co-ordinate, delivery and evaluation outcomes for various offers for CYP to understand their own diagnosis.
