Framework Agreement for Voids Housing General Building Works

Provision of a framework agreement to appoint a number of contractors to undertake refurbishment work to empty domestic properties owned by the council (known as voids).

The framework will be in place for 4 years. The expected framework value over four years is 16,000.000 GBP.
