The Service covers approximately 900 buildings across the North West and South Yorkshire, including cyclical maintenance, routine testing (monthly and weekly), reactive and planned repairs over a 5 year duration.
Scope covers Communal Fire alarms, and alarms linked within flats, Fire alarm remote monitoring, Emergency Lighting, Fire extinguishers, Dry risers, Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs), Sprinklers, Monitoring systems/devices (Fire alarms), Fire shutters, Generators, Jet fans, Misting system, Carbon monoxide monitoring and other fire related works and/or services may also be requested through the contract on a planned and adhoc basis.
