Each contract shall be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend a further year (exercisable by HMRC only) and an option to purchase further services up to 15% per annum. The contracts are distinguished by their volumes:
Lot 1 - Contract 1: Provides per annum 55 licenses, 550 hours of investigative support, 2 million API calls, core training for up to 55 people and advanced training for up to 12 people.
Total estimated value (over three years and inclusive of 15% option): £2,622,000 excluding VAT.
Lot 2 - Contract 2: Provides per annum 20 licenses, 200 hours of investigative support, 1 million API calls, core training for up to 20 people and advanced training for up to 9 people.
