Extension terms: The Contract period for the delivery and installation of the equipment which is estimated as 18 weeks until 08 February 2027. If there are changes to the timescale indicated these will be agreed by both parties and are subject to a contract change note. The warranty period will begin following successful delivery and installation of the equipment as per the terms agreed and run for an initial 24-month period estimated to be to 07 February 2028. There is an additional warranty option of 12 months available taking the initial contract period to a final end date to 07 February 2029. Any additional purchase (as per options below) will have a further maximum 3-year warranty period meaning that the last possible end date would be 07 February 2032. A contract change note will be required to be signed by both parties to add these options to this contract and additional warranty periods may apply. Please note that we are under no obligation to procure, order or utilise any or all of these options, either now or at any time during the term of the contract. These options are included solely to provide for potential future requirements and to ensure transparency and compliance under the Procurement Act 2023.
