This RFI is not a call for competition or an Invitation to Tender. It is a market intelligence and indicative pricing exercise. Responses will be used to inform LJMU's procurement planning and to support the justification of a budget allocation for this work. Submission of a response does not guarantee inclusion in any subsequent formal procurement process.
