Young People Supported Accommodation Pathway

The council intends to commission a range of accommodation-based support services for 236 young people aged 16-25. The services across seven contracts will include assessment, mixed support, high & low support, young parent support and complex needs mental health support part funded by a section 75 agreement with the Integrated Commissioning Board. The pathway will work primarily with care leavers, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and those who are homeless. The key objective of the services is to provide young people with the skills to live independently.
