Dynamic Purchasing System for Sessional Workers and Activity Provision

Miner2Major is a Landscape Partnership scheme, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, celebrating the important habitats, special species and rich heritage of Sherwood Forest. The scheme area, outlined in green on the attached map, covers a region from the northern edge of Nottingham at Bestwood Park to Edwinstowe and Ollerton. Delivery will take place with groups in and surrounding this area.

Nottinghamshire County Council is the lead partner and accountable body and will be the commissioning organisation. Further details can be found on the Scheme website:www. miner2major.

org. uk An important part of the delivery of Miner2Major is engagement with local communities. The scheme’s Engagement Officer will commission sessional workers to deliver heritage engagement activities working with local communities including adults, young people and family groups.
