The project will deliver an upgraded square with upgraded paving and new rain gardens to support sustainable drainage play. Works include upgraded surface finishes and edging, seating, lightning murals and a strengthened planting and tree strategy to improve shade, biodiversity and the overall setting. The contract is to be carried out using the JCT Design and Build Contract 2024 as issued by the Joint Contracts Tribunal incorporating the latest JCT published Amendments and other amendments as set out elsewhere in these Contract documents.
