Countywide Falls Prevention Service requirement within West Sussex for a maximum duration of 5 years (3+2).

West Sussex County Council is seeking to commission evidence-based falls prevention exercise service to meet the need in the population. The Falls Prevention Exercise Service should deliver county-wide evidence-based group exercise programmes in the community designed specifically for older adults (65+) with impaired gait and balance who have fallen at least once in the last year.

The procurement is conducted in line with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 competitive procedure.
