Description
Lincolnshire County Council are seeking to procure services for the collection, haulage, processing, handling and sale of DMR from July 2027.
The Contract will run for a period of Four (4) years commencing 1st July 2027. There will be an option for the Council to extend the Contract by a period of Two (2) years, in separate One (1) year extensions. The anticipated service commencement date is 1st July 2027.

How to engage
The Authority is undertaking a procurement exercise for the provision of a Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR) service. As part of this process, Suppliers are invited to attend organised site visits at two Waste Transfer Stations to gain an understanding of the nature, composition, and volumes of materials received. The site visits will be held on the following dates and times: 14 July – Sleaford (11:00) 20 July – Gainsborough (14:00) Attendance at the site visits is strongly encouraged to inform the preparation of tender submissions. Suppliers wishing to attend must confirm their interest by contacting [email protected] no later than 9 July. Further details will be provided upon registration.
