increases are detailed below:
Lot 1: Extra Care Housing North Locality: £4m
Lot 2: Extra Care Housing East Locality: £4.6m
Lot 3: Extra Care Housing South Locality: £10m
Lot 4: Extra Care Housing West Locality: £13m
