New Applicants to Join CRC Agency DPS

Cambridge Regional College has set up a preferred supplier list of recruitment agencies to provide temporary and permanent staffing for job roles and areas of supply listed in Appendix A to the Supplier Questionnaire.

The CRC Agency Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) agreement is for a period of over 4 years and details of T&C’s are listed in Document 2.

The DPS commenced on the 1st June 2023 however new applicants can request to join whilst the DPS is active during the four year period of the contract. The DPS will allow temporary and permanent staffing agencies to apply for inclusion on the DPS at any time by fully completing the Supplier Questionnaire along with any associated information not passing the due diligence process.

By completing this Supplier Questionnaire you agree to be bound by the agreement document.

If successful then the new supplier shall remain on the DPS for the remainder of the DPS agreement period unless terminated earlier in accordance with the agreement.

Should a supplier fail the selection criteria first time around then they can re-apply at a later date however the reason for the initial rejection should be rectified first, where applicable.

Should a supplier be successful with the supplier selection stage due diligence process then they along with Cambridge Regional College will need to sign an agreement. Once signed then the following process shall take place as and when opportunities arise.
