Annual inspection and testing of smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detection equipment. All information to be recorded on Landlord's Gas safety sheet. Annual gas service and maintenance of 7 plant rooms and 2 offices, and annual maintenace to 241 properties served by the 7 plant rooms.
