AA-57-22 Mattress and Pump Decontamination, Service and Repair

NHS Ayrshire and Arran are seeking bidders for the provision of a Testing, Repair and Maintenance Service for Mattress and Pumps to Health and Safety Guidelines (95)18, Hospital Laundry Arrangements for Used and Infected Linen 1995 NHS Executive.

NHS Ayrshire and Arran are committed to delivering pressure relieving appliances which are compliant to all current relevant British and European Standards. To achieve this, NHS Ayrshire and Arran must proceed through the recommended decontamination, cleaning disinfection, laundering and servicing of these items to current NHS / Department of Health advisory documents.

For your Tender document to be evaluated you must first pass all the mandatory questions within the SPD including passing the financial

requirements within the SPD. You must also score at least 50% for your two relevant examples. If you fail at any of these sections your

tender will not be evaluated.

Affordability - the Board may discount clearly unsuitable bids, due to costs, under affordability at an early stage.

It is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure that completion of all documentation is accurate.
