Tenderers will be able to bid for one, any or all local authority areas, for each lot, where applicable.

Please note the lot structure is still to be confirmed, and is therefore subject to change.

I.2) Scotland Excel is a central purchasing body and may procure this framework on behalf of the following contracting authorities (and

successor bodies):

-The 32 local authorities in Scotland listed at http://www.scotland-excel.org.uk/home/aboutus/Ourmembers/Our Members.aspx;

-Scotland Excel associate members;

-any Registered Social Landlord based in Scotland, being defined as a social landlord registered, regulated by the Scottish Housing

Regulator and listed in the Scottish Housing Regulator’s public Register of Social Landlords which is available at:

http://directory.scottishhousingregulator.gov.uk/Documents/Landlord%20Register.pdf;

-any Integration Authority, or other body, established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working)(Scotland)Act 2014 , as listed at

http://www.gov.scot/Topics/Health/Policy/Adult-Health-SocialCare-Integration/Implementation/Joint-Boards;

-Scottish Procurement; and

-Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges and NHS National Procurement on behalf of their respective members.

The above is subject to each contracting authority entering into and maintaining a relevant membership agreement or other access

agreement with Scotland Excel.
