Full description
The works comprise the inspection, identification and locating of faults and remedial works to Electrical Installations and Portable Appliance Testing within low, medium and high-rise residential properties.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

A Single Procurement Document has been provided for completion with the Invitation to Tender documents. The SDP will be scored on a Pass/Fail basis. Bidders who fail the SPD will not be considered for award of any tenders.
