Lot 1: General Roofing Works:
Work allocated using this Lot will be for higher value roofing works than Lot 2 and comprises a range of work involving more than one trade.
The Term Maintenance Contract for Roofing is for East Lothian Council for Public and Estates Buildings and includes (but not restricted to) the following Asset Types:
-Area Housing Offices.
-Cemeteries.
-Children Centres.
-Community Centres.
-Day Centres.
-Depots.
-Halls.
-Libraries.
-Museums.
-Offices.
-Old Peoples Homes.
-Pavillions.
-Primary Schools.
-Resource Centres.
-Sports Centres.
-Public Toilets.
-Town Houses.
-Youth Centres.
-Estates Leased Properties.
-HMO Properties.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. This includes an employer’s obligations under National Minimum Wage Act 1998 and the Equality Act 2010
