CHIC Roofing Framework

This is a multiple lot framework to deliver all roofing types (pitched, flat and specialist,) split into three workstreams within each Lot, covering: Repairs/Cyclical Maintenance; Planned Roofing Replacements; and Complex Roofing Projects. This includes roofline, guttering, and chimney replacement/repair works in residential dwellings, as well as public and commercial premises.

Lot 1 is intended to deliver a robust, compliant and manufacturer supported approach to flat roofing, which represent some of the highest risk building components in housing due to water ingress, structural complexity, and linkage to damp and mould. The aim is to ensure that all flat roofing works, whether reactive repairs, planned maintenance, or full replacement projects are undertaken safely to a standard that protects the building fabric over the full lifecycle of the roof.​
