Full description
Tenancy Support Services - the aim of which is to:
Prevent Homelessness and repeat homelessness; assist supported people to sustain mainstream tenancies; support supported people to prepare for the allocation of a permanent home whilst accommodated in temporary accommodation; provide quality services to ensure best value is achieved; promote and encourage the development of skills necessary to support independent living; assist supported people to sustain Housing First tenancies
