Description
The Services comprise Media Planning and Buying Services for Public Information Notices and Recruitment Advertising on behalf of the public sector. The framework will deliver a modern, value added service and will achieve measurable cost savings with no compromise on quality and effectiveness of advertising. The service will be responsive to individual framework clients’ unique needs and environment, while serving the best interest of each framework client respectively.
