Description

This requirement is a re-procurement of Facilities Management Services for the British Embassy Tunis. The scope includes preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and emergency maintenance to ensure upkeep of offices, properties, and equipment.

Te contract will be for a period of thre (3) years with two (2) one-eyar options to extend subject to satisfactory performance. The contract is anticipated to start 1 March 2027.

Interested suppliers are invited to express their interest in this Preliminary Market Engagement by sending an email to [email protected] no later than 26 May 2026. Suppliers should include their company profile and the necessary company details, such as business registration, address, key contacts, years of operation, and relevant facilities management service experience. Upon submitting their expression of interest, suppliers may also be requested to accomplish a brief survey (survey questions to be sent separately). Information gathered through this engagement will also assist the Authority in refining the final procurement approach. Participation in this PME does not constitute any commitment to tender nor guarantee inclusion in the subsequent procurement stage.
