Establishment of a Multi Supplier Framework of Construction Consultancy Services for Small & Minor Projects & Appointment of Design Team for Mardyke Arena UCC Strength & Conditioning Gym

This Tender is to establish a multi supplier framework of Construction Consultancy Services for Small & Minor Works projects at University College Cork with a maximum of Seven (7) participating teams to whom specific contracts may be awarded on a non-exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement. The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the award of the initial contract for the Mardyke Arena Strength and Conditioning Gym which is a 350m2 single storey extension to the North East of the existing Mardyke Arena complex (the “Initial Contract”).
