Contract for the Provision of Employment Support for the Work and Health Programme — Covid-19 Cohort in WLA

Ealing Council, as the Lead Authority, or the West London Alliance, awarded a contract for the provision of employment support for the work and health programme — Covid-19 Cohort in covering the geographical area of the West London Alliance (WLA) Boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon; and Hounslow. The contract is based on a 75 % service fee and 25 % payment by results, linked to participants earning GBP 1 000. The initial contract period will consist of a referral window of 365 days, with participants joining the programme on day 365, receiving up to 182 days pre-employment support, followed by a 60 day payment tail for achievement of the earning outcome.

Giving an initial contract period of 21 months. In the event of the 12 month extension to the Referral window being used, the contract will be in the range of GBP 25 million to 30 million.
