Extension terms: 1.12. Contract Term: The contract will commence on 4th March 2027 and conclude 3rd March 2033 YPO reserves the right to extend the contract by up to two additional 24-month periods. The extension decision will be made by November 2032, the decision to extend will be subject to satisfactory performance against all contractual obligations, prevailing market conditions, and YPO's internal contracting requirements. The maximum contract duration, including extensions, will be ten (10) years, ending no later than 3rd March 2037, and will be subject to annual review, including price re-establishment and performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Extension options remain entirely at YPO's discretion and are linked to performance, market competitiveness, innovation and continued strategic fit.
