This Pipeline notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO expects to establish a Framework for the design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of modular buildings and associated products and services, and which should cover both hire and purchase of these buildings. This is estimated to begin in February 2026.

This will seek to replace the current version of this framework, 953_22, upon its expiry, the award details for which may be viewed as follows:
