- Manage the design and delivery of each area of scoped functionality / solution, including Programme and Project Management activity

- Conduct end to end on and off system user centric process design and agree Functional and nonfunctional requirements including necessary design decisions
- Work with SI to develop e2e solution and design
- Manage SAT and UAT Test
- Upskill UKHSA Business owners for future management
- Manage Training and adoption activity / content
- Ensure compliance with UKHSA governance as specified by the programme team
